New Frontiers in Open Government: what are the next-generation challenges governments and civil society must face in advancing the open government agenda globally?

We want to ignite a discussion around the next wave of open government reforms that have historically been passed over as the open government movement has exploded in the past five years. In particular, our aim is to focus the attention of summit attendees on key areas of open government work that could and should be part of future National Action Plans including transparency of political financing, transparency of internet surveillance, libel reform, and corporate transparency.
