Technical specifications: Commitments that improve economic inclusionOGP participating governments are working to create governments that truly serve all people. This includes many historically oppressed groups such as persons with disabilities, women, lesbian, gay, bi... and help individuals respond to crises or shocks. For example, commitments related to entitlement spending programs such as social welfare schemes, pensions and retirement benefits, unemployment benefits, food stamps, cash transfers, etc. This includes social insurance and other transfers. Exceptions will be made for some measures that are not directly economic such as school feeding programs.
