Santiago García

Santiago is the former Director of the Open Government Unit of the Technical Secretariat for Socioeconomic and Development Planning (STP). He holds a Master’s Degree on Communication and Digital Marketing by Florida State University. He previously directed Paraguay’s Fulbright Association and was a professor at the Catholic University “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción”.
