Jose Miguel B. Solis

Mijo finished his bachelor’s degree in history and Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020 and worked for the law office of Villaraza and Angangco Law (V&A Law), a top-tier law firm based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City until 2022.

Mijo is the Acting Director of the Philippine Open Government Partnership – Project Management Office. Prior to such role, he served as Executive Assistant to the Secretary of the Department of Budget and Management. In his spare time he teaches law as Senior Lecturer at the UP College of Law and Lecturer at the Manuel L Quezon University School of Law and the Philippine Law School.

Mijo is also a member of the Rotary Club of Marikina West, District 3800.
