Description
In line with the goal of making all lower-income municipalities and cities meet the “Seal of Good Housekeeping” standards by 2016, increase the compliance rate from 50% to 70% in the span of 360 days. Furthermore, develop new standards that link performance in social development areas to the awarding of the Seal of Good Housekeeping and to grants under the Performance Challenge Fund.
