Anastasiya Kozlovtseva

Anastasiya Kozlovtseva is Senior Regional Coordinator at OGP, where she supports open government reforms across the Eastern Partnership region (primarily Moldova and Ukraine).

She works with governments, civil society, and international partners to advance reforms that strengthen transparency, public participation, accountability, and democratic governance. Her work helps countries translate open government commitments into lasting institutional reforms while fostering regional collaboration and peer learning.

Before joining OGP, she was Head of International Relations and Development at Transparency International Ukraine, where she led international advocacy and fundraising to support governance and anti-corruption initiatives.

She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Ukrainian Catholic University in Ukraine and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from LCC International University in Lithuania.

She is based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
