Chathan Raj

Chathan Raj is a second-year masters student in Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University and currently doing a one-year fellowship with OGP’s Analytics and Insights team.

Chathan is originally from Houston, Texas, and he holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Houston. He served in the Peace Corps in Burkina Faso and Tanzania as a community health educator, particularly focusing on malaria prevention, life skills and gender equality, and HIV/AIDS prevention, while also working with local farmers on income generation and improved nutrition. Most recently he worked as a public policy intern at the accounting firm Novogradac .
