Daniel Nogueira-Budny

Daniel Nogueira-Budny works for the Open Aid Partnership of the World Bank. His professional background includes positions at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, the Inter-American Development Bank, and the Center for Development Studies (CENDES) at the Central University of Venezuela (UCV). Nogueira-Budny holds a Bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Columbia University, a Master’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, and a PhD from the University of Texas at Austin. He works and has published in the fields of public sector reform, public financial management, and open data and open government.
