Ericka Blas-Senining

Ericka joined OGP in November 2025 as Program Officer for Asia-Pacific where she supports member countries in designing and delivering ambitious, inclusive, and high-impact open government reforms. In her role, she provides strategic guidance to government and civil society partners, facilitates peer learning and regional collaboration, and helps strengthen stakeholder engagement to advance transparency, accountability, and civic participation.

Prior to joining OGP, she led the Strategy and Partnerships Division of the Philippine Open Government Partnership Project Management Office under the Department of Budget and Management and played a key role in institutionalizing OGP in national and local governance frameworks, co-creating policy reforms with diverse stakeholders, and designing peer-learning initiatives that broadened citizen participation. Ericka has a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in International Studies at De La Salle University in Manila.
