Open Governance Fellow at the Local Development Research Institute

Jessica Musila is the Open Governance Fellow at the Local Development Research Institute, a Kenyan think tank. She has been part of the open government community since 2011, leveraging technology and open data to boost parliamentary openness, electoral transparency and anti-corruption efforts. Until May 2019, she served as the executive director, Mzalendo Trust and as a member of Kenya’s OGP Steering Committee for the country’s third action plan.
