I am passionate about water and sanitation human rights because I believe they are catalysts for the achievement of many other rights: education, health, development. Without water one can simply not live, that is why working on good governance aspects in water and sanitation service delivery cheers me up every day. Professional on democratic governance with more than 10 years of experience in Latin America, Africa and Europe; my focus is the strengthening of public administration by putting in practice transparency, accountability, participation, anti-corruption’s and non-discrimination in policies and mechanisms. At SIWI, I am dealing with integrity, accountability and open government projects in the WASH portfolio.
