Ruth Kendagor holds an M.A degree in Economics combined with training in accounting. She currently works as an Economics lecturer at the University of Eldoret, and serves as the IRM researcher for Elgeyo Marakwet County. She has worked as a consultant for several livelihood projects and strategic planning tasks. Her areas of interest include public finance/ policy, development planning and governance.
