As Senior Grants and Operations Officer, Sandy Arce oversees grant-making and operational processes, including tracking incoming funding, managing outgoing grants, and supporting compliant and efficient procurement. Over the past decade at OGP, she has held roles across the Analytics & Insights and Operations teams, contributing to research, project management, and the development of core operations systems during the organization’s transition from a fiscal sponsor.
Prior to joining OGP, Sandy worked in research and market intelligence in the U.S. government procurement industry.
Originally from Arlington, Virginia, Sandy has lived and studied abroad in Bolivia, Argentina, and Mexico. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy with a concentration in International Governance and Institutions from George Mason University and a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Mary Washington.
