Søren is a Strategic Adviser at CoST – Infrastructure Transparency Initiative, supporting research and analysis on infrastructure governance and public investment management. He brings 25 years of experience in public policy and financial management and has worked extensively with governments to strengthen public investment and advance integrity initiatives. His background is in public financial management and international development, and he also works through his consultancy, Independent Policy Analysis.
