Tiba Fazeli

Tiba Fazeli is People & Culture Manager (maternity cover) at the Open Government Partnership, where she manages key HR functions, provides global HR support to staff and supports the delivery of OGP’s People & Culture strategy.

Tiba works within the Operations and Organizational Development team to develop, implement and improve People & Culture processes. She also partners with managers across the organization, providing coaching on performance management, learning and development, and staff engagement.

Previously, Tiba worked as Senior People Advisor at The Sunrise Project, where she established and led global HR operations during a period of rapid organizational growth. Her role included HR generalist responsibilities and people partnering, as well as specialization in remuneration strategy and international employer of record. Prior to that, Tiba worked for five years at ISEAL Alliance, where she managed partnerships, fundraising and governance processes.

Tiba holds a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management and a Master’s degree in Transnational Studies from University College London.
