Edwin is a Country Officer supporting the implementation of EITI in Southeast Asia/Pacific and Anglophone West Africa. He previously worked as an intern with the Communications, Anglophone Africa, and Asia teams at the International Secretariat.
Prior to joining EITI, Edwin worked with the Life and Peace Institute in the early stages of its global peacebuilding policy initiative. He has over 3 years of experience in the peace and development field including working on women, youth and peace projects in Kenya and Ghana.
Edwin has a background in Political Science. He also holds an MSc in Development Management and an MA in Peace and Conflict Studies. His research interests include extractive resource governance, conflict analysis and sustainable development. Edwin is a football enthusiast.
