The 2015 OGP Africa Regional Meeting will bring together government and civil society leaders, decision-makers, thinkers and doers from the region. The meeting will highlight interesting open government initiatives from across the region including the presentation of new OGP national action plans by governments. The meeting also provides an exciting opportunity to exchange ideas, lessons, experiences, and expertise on open government reforms among government and civil society participants.

Funding for participation at the OGP Africa Regional Meeting is limited and attendees are encouraged to fund their own costs of participation including airfare and accommodation. If you are from civil society and unable to meet the costs of participation yourself or secure funding from other sources, please confirm that you will need travel support. We will then inquire with international funders about the possibility of offering you support.  Governments are responsible for bearing the costs of participation including flights and accommodation.
