High-Level Event at the UNGA

On September 24th at 4pm EDT there will be an Open Government Partnership High-Level Event hosted by the OGP Co-Chairs on behalf of the OGP Steering Committee.  The event will be held in the United Nations Building in New York and will center around the theme of “Citizen Action, Responsive Government.”

Featuring:

• Presentation of the 2014 Open Government Awards honoring citizen engagement initiatives from around the world
• Showcasing of flagship civic participation commitments from OGP participating countries
• Welcome to new OGP Steering Committee members
• Vision for 2015 from the incoming OGP Co-Chairs
