Commitment description
What is the public problem that the commitment will address? Currently, the interaction between the civil society and the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic is fragmentary, ad hoc and occurs only upon the initiative of the civil society.

What is the commitment?
1. Inventory of existing platforms of interaction between the Jogorku Kenesh and various groups (the civil society, the business community, etc.).
2. Drafting and adoption of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Rules of Procedure of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic”.
3. Drafting and adoption of regulations related to the public expert platforms. How will the commitment contribute to the resolution of the public problem? The civil society has information about the involved groups and mechanisms of interaction and can use these mechanisms. In case of absence or inefficiency of the existing mechanisms, suggestions regarding improvements or suggestions of new mechanisms can be proposed.
