Problem
Communicate to citizens the cleaning and collection actions that are being carried out based on the requests or complaints that are entered.
Status quo
Nowadays, residents of Montevideo can report overflowing containers through digital media so that they can be quickly cleaned. A clear example of this is the WhatsApp number 092 250 260, where a photo and location of the problem are sent and a motorcycle is sent to resolve it. It has been noted that in some cases the complaints are systematic and although the Municipality is permanently implementing improvements to address these cases, the neighbors are not necessarily aware of the work and changes made by the administration to resolve this type of repeated problem.
Action
Implementation of a differential response system and citizen dialogue in response to repeated complaints of overflowing containers and explaining the actions taken.
How will the commitment contribute to solving the public problem described above?
Carry out segmented communications for citizens who systematically report problems related to cleaning in the container environment and who see reflected in the work, the impact that neighbors have on the definition of public policy and how their contribution is considered for the environmental strategy of the Municipality.
