Commitment Title
"Open City" platform. Notification of utility problems in the city in one click.
Problem
"Open City" is an electronic system that allows residents of the community to report problems in the city to local authorities using the latest means of communication and receive feedback. This will help to solve the problem of communication between the city authorities and residents, to speed up the solution of communal problems.
Status quo
Today, to report a utility problem, residents need to call hotlines or use various forms of feedback. To solve the problem there will be a single platform where residents will be able to send information about this or that problem and wait for a response. The platform will be integrated into the resident's mobile application.
Action
The general goal is to create a convenient service for reporting and solving utility problems.
The service will be integrated into a mobile application, where residents will be able to easily attach a photo with a description of the problem, and geolocation and quickly receive answers.
How will the commitment contribute to solving the public problem described above?
The development of the "Open City" platform will help community residents to communicate with the authorities and receive answers in one click.
