Problem

The community (all relevant stakeholders) capacity to elaborate and implement OGP action plans is limited

Status quo

Open Governance started in Timisoara with a working group of 7:
- 4 from public administration and
- 3 from civic society
We need to propagate the knowledge and skills necessary to generate results with an open approach.

Action

Overall objective: Develop Open Governance Capacity

Actions:

A 4.1. Better synchronization between local - national - international levels
A 4.2. Local Action Plan implementation monitoring and reporting mechanism
A 4.3. Training program for civil servants on open governance
A 4.4. Identify stakeholders and their roles in implementing action plans
A 4.5. Identify the appropriate funding sources for the implementation of the action plans
A 4.6. Local OGP repository and website
A 4.7. Report / research on the relationship between open government and quality of life
