Ebenezar Wikina currently works as Campaign Strategist at Change.org Foundation, helping citizens build social movements reaching over 3 million users in Nigeria. He is also the Founder of Policy Shapers (http://www.policyshapers.com), a youth-led policy advocacy community that leverages technology to drive policy development in Africa. He is a founding member of the OGP Youth Collective.
