Kety Tsanava is a public sector reform and governance expert with over a decade of experience driving change in Georgia’s public administration. She has led national reforms in open government, anti-corruption, policy planning, and public administration, building strong partnerships across government, civil society, and international organizations.
She has represented Georgia in various negotiations and multilateral forums, while overseeing reporting to international organizations (EU, OECD/SIGMA, OECD/ACN, GRECO, UNODC, OGP, NATO/ANP-Georgia, and EU Eastern Partnership formats). Kety has also led the design and delivery of major reform programs backed by USAID, UNDP, the EU, GIZ, and others.
Kety has been deeply engaged in the OGP community for many years. She served on the OGP Steering Committee, co-led Georgia’s OGP Chairmanship, and was seconded to the OGP Support Unit. She now continues to support the Partnership as a member of the OGP Board of Directors. Kety is also a founding partner at Solution Alternatives International (SAI), a strategy consultancy supporting organizations with research, evaluation, and strategic planning. She teaches public administration and governance as part of her ongoing contribution to academia in Georgia.
