Lucas J. Notte

Lucas is a fifth year student at Carleton University pursuing a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management. He specializes with communications and IT policy, which also happens to be the field where he’s found employment. As a policy analyst with the Government of Canada, he has had the opportunity of conducting research pertaining to Canada’s telecommunication sector, critical infrastructure and cybersecurity.
