Manuel Calvo is the Vice Governor of the province of Córdoba, When he was young he began his political participation, which would later lead him to occupy different positions within the public administration, such as Minister of Public Management, Minister of Water, Environment and Energy, Minister of Infrastructure and Secretary of Communications and Connectivity. In 2015 he was elected Legislator and in 2019 he became the Vice Governor of the province of Córdoba.
In the different areas in which he served, he carried out transforming initiatives through open government, transparency, and modernization of management including the Digital Citizen (CiDi) program, the Cordoba Connectivity Plan, the Open Parliament Strategic Plan, and the public procurement portal.
