Marie Lintzer

Senior Governance Officer, Natural Resource Governance Institute

Marie Lintzer is a senior governance officer with the Natural Resource Governance Institute. Marie co-chairs the OGP Openness in Natural Resources Working Group and contributes to the implementation of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative Standard in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea and Mongolia. She provides technical assistance and capacity building on good governance mechanisms in the oil, gas and mining sector to government officials and civil society. She led the research process, coordinated data analysis and steered production of the 2013 Resource Governance Index, a measure of transparency and accountability in the extractive sectors of 58 countries.
