Martin Tisné

Martin is the Managing Director of Luminate (part of the Omidyar Group) where he leads the Data & Digital Rights, Europe region and policy & advocacy teams, and former head of the Transparency and Accountability Initiative. As director of TAI he incubated OGP which he helped found and set up in 2010/2011. He subsequently served as civil society member of the OGP Steering Committee from 2011-2016.
