Nikhil Kumar

Nikhil Kumar is the resource manager at People Powered, where he manages the development of resources including the Participation Playbook, online resource center and digital participation resources, among others. These resources provide practical guidance to build governments’ capacity to adopt, expand and improve equitable and inclusive participatory democracy programs. Nikhil previously worked with the Eurométropole of Strasbourg, France, to make participatory initiatives more inclusive, and with the city of Helsinki, Finland, to develop a stakeholder engagement strategy in the city’s energy transition. He holds a master’s degree in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School
