Oksana Khomei

Knowledge Management and Innovations Associate

Oksana Khomei joined the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine in 2017.

Oksana is responsible for communications, monitoring and evaluation, and knowledge management within the “Civil Society for Enhanced Democracy and Human Rights in Ukraine” project, which belongs to the Democratic Governance Program of UNDP.

Prior to this, she worked as government relations and public affairs manager with the PBN Hill & Knowlton international consultancy firm in Kyiv, research fellow at the Democracy Study Centre, and specialist on the international assistance programs at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.

Oksana holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from The College of Europe and a masters in International Relations from The Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
