Oleksii Sobolev is a Certified Financial Analyst and a President of CFA Society Ukraine. He also leads the Ukrainian chapter of the global Construction Sector Transparency Initiative (CoST).
Before leading an award-winning transparent e-auction system Prozorro.Sale, Oleksii worked with the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine on reforming the state-owned enterprises and open data policies. Prior to that he was portfolio manager with Dragon Asset Management.
