Phaedra Vakouli

Phaedra joined the Open Government Partnership in October 2022. Her responsibilities in the Open Government Leadership Collaborative include supporting event organization, assisting with communications and helping in assessing participant needs. Phaedra also supports the Open Government Leadership Collaborative in evaluating program effectiveness to make recommendations for future programming and in maintaining program records and knowledge base.

Prior to joining OGP, Phaedra worked in her native Greece as a staffer in political campaigns, as a research assistant and as a copywriter at a major Greek bank. She also has extensive volunteer experience in both development and humanitarian organizations. She is currently based in Berlin, Germany.

Phaedra holds a BA with honors in Political Science and Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MA in Development Studies from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva.
