Rachel Ostrow

Rachel joined the Open Government Partnership in May 2016 as a Communications Officer. Before that, she was a Fulbright-Clinton Public Policy Fellow in Kazakhstan, working with local NGOs and universities on economic issues facing women entrepreneurs. She also served in the Peace Corps in Turkmenistan as an English education volunteer, and spent three years working in the non-profit sector in New York. She holds an MA in International Relations and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, and a BA from Mount Holyoke College in History and Russian/Eurasian Studies.
