Robin Hodess

Robin is Strategy Lead at The B Team, a leader collective focused on business’s role in creating shared well-being on a healthy planet. She deploys strategy through thought leadership, programming and campaigns, while also backstopping The B Team’s work on governance and organizational learning.

Robin has been working in the fields of transparency, accountability and social justice for two decades. She is currently serving on the Boards of B Lab Germany and Fair Share of Women Leaders, in addition to the OGP Board.

Previously, Robin was acting Managing Director and Strategy Director at Transparency International, after having led Transparency International’s global policy, research and advocacy efforts for many years. She has also worked at the Carnegie Council on Ethics and International Affairs in New York and taught at universities in the UK and Germany.

Robin served as a civil society member on the OGP Steering Committee from 2016 – 2021. She also was civil society Lead Co-Chair from 2019 – 2020 and is now a member of the OGP Board of Directors.
