The action plan review is an independent, concise, technical review of the characteristics of the action plan and the strengths and challenges the IRM identifies to inform a stronger implementation process.

The results report supports accountability and learning. It assesses the level of completion of action plan commitments and checks compliance with OGP standards and criteria.

The Independent Reporting Mechanism shares an overview of OGP progress in Eastern Partnership countries and offers recommendations for stronger commitment implementation and greater collaboration with civil society throughout the action plan cycle.
