Description
An overall vision and strategy for the development of non-governmental organizations in Bulgaria. The goal is to establish rules for financing organizations for which the legislation has not laid down procedures regulating their partnership with the government and the municipalities, to achieve increased transparency of the budget resources allocated for financing the NGOs.
