Amend the Act on the Right of Access to Information
(Implementation Indicators: Amendments to the Act on the Right of Access to Information are defined by the Croatian Government, particularly in parts regulating the need to transpose the Directive on the re-use of public sector information, the obligation of consulting the public in adopting new legislation, other regulations and legal acts in accordance with the Code of Practice on Consultation and other issues in connection with improving the exercise of the right of access to information in the first and second instance.) "Harmonise the Data Confidentiality Act with the amendments to the Act on the Right of Access to Information, depending on the results of expert discussions and the discussions with the interested public
