IRM End of Term Status Summary

Commitment A3. Inclusion of additional data in the register of farmers and agricultural holdings

Verifiable: Yes

Relevant: Yes, access to information

Potential impact: None

Completion: No evidence available

Did it open government? No evidence of early results yet

This commitment was added to the amended action plan. It continues the publication of datasets from the Ministry of Rural Development and Food. Specifically, it committed to publishing data in relation to the ages of farmers and their educational level and agricultural incomes, crop capital (type of cultivation, area), livestock (species, number of animals), facilities (species), and agricultural machinery. The lack of further detail leads to an assessment that there is no potential impact from this commitment. The OpenGovMonitor states that the commitment is complete, but there is no link to evidence. [70] A simple search on the Ministry website brings up datasets from the named topic areas, but it is not clear whether these are the intended datasets as outlined in the commitment. Therefore, there is no evidence to date that this commitment has had an impact on opening government.
