que el

aborda?
La carencia de una estrategia para el desarrollo de herramientas y
mecanismos innovación en la gestión pública de una manera colaborativa con
enfoque ciudadano.
¿Cuál es el
compromiso?
Diseñar e implementar una estrategia y un conjunto de acciones que permitan
la innovación en la gestión pública con enfoque a servicios que brinda al
ciudadano.
¿Cómo
contribuirá a
resolver la
problemática?
Estableciendo un marco de trabajo colaborativa mediante una estrategia y un
conjunto de acciones por medio de las cuales las instituciones
gubernamentales propicien la innovación en la gestión pública con enfoque a
servicios que brinda al ciudadano.
¿Por qué es
relevante a los
valores de
OGP?
Contribuye al valor de la participación ciudadana ya que cuenta con un
enfoque colaborativo, usando la tecnología e innovación como medio de
apertura y acercamiento para una debida rendición de cuentas. Contribuye a
los valores de rendición de cuentas, participación cívica y tecnología e
innovación para la apertura y rendición de cuentas.
La creación colaborativa de la Estrategia de Innovación Pública impactara
directamente en la mejora sustantiva de los bienes y servicios que el Gobierno
de la República entrega a la ciudadanía. La estrategia estará basada en la
innovación y la calidad de los procesos administrativos y transformara la
gestión documental.

La estrategia será definida con una visión general y de largo plazo. Se
implementarán ciertas acciones que se describen en los hitos.
Este compromiso se contribuye al cumplimiento del Plan Nacional de
Desarrollo específicamente al eje 5, meta 5.1, así como también a los
Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible –ODS- Específicamente al Objetivo 16,
metas 16.5 a la 16.8.
