Requests for Access to Public Information: To date, 50 AIP requests have been received, with 100% responses in term (15 days maximum); and all resolutions issued are published and accessible on the site for all citizens.

    Action

The Transparency Plan of the City of Mendoza is presented as an effective and concrete tool that will not only comply with the requirements established in provincial regulations such as Law No. 8,993 on Public Ethics, Law No. 9,003 on Administrative Procedures and Law No. 9,070, but will also contribute to generate a system of transparency at the municipal level.
