Description
Introduce the possibility for online petitions (online collection of signatures) In order for a particular issue to obtain the status of petition, it must be supported by some number of citizens (for example, 5.000). When the required signatures are collected, the Ministry of Information Society and Administration drafts Information to the Government along with the request which is subject of the petition. The Government conclusion on this matter will be made available to the public. In the same time there will be additional mechanism for collection of the signatures from those people who do not have digital certificates.
