Implementation of a pilot project on data disclosure for testing the standard of open data in infrastructure on the platform "Ukrainian Social Infrastructure" (platform "USI")

Problem

The introduction of a new online platform called Ukrainian Social Infrastructure (USI) will increase the participation of civil society in monitoring the transparency and accountability of state and local authorities on projects for the construction and repair of social infrastructure. Filling in the data will improve the transparency of construction work.

Status quo

Today, information on the construction or repair of social infrastructure is published on various portals, so it is difficult for residents to find this information in one place in a structured way.

Action

The project envisages the introduction of a new online platform called Ukrainian Social Infrastructure (USI), which is designed to support and strengthen active citizens in order to increase civil society participation in monitoring transparency and accountability of state and local authorities on social infrastructure construction and repair projects. Increase the level of transparency and accountability in the field of infrastructure, involve the public in monitoring the implementation of infrastructure projects and ensure effective interaction between local authorities and the public.
