- Lack of socialisation and dissemination of existing digital platforms for accessing and managing public information.
- Lack of information for the society in terms of public transparency.
- Generation of information by agencies and entities in formats that are not very accessible to citizens in general.
Status quo
Citizens' lack of knowledge of the means by which to exercise their right of access to information.
Action
Through an easily accessible and citizen-friendly technological platform, society will be informed and will have reliable and useful data.
Generate a communication channel between citizens and the government, through existing technological platforms for the exercise of the right to information, to improve the content and quality of the information that is made transparent.
Information with quality data is fundamental in public transparency, by generating updated, simple, reliable, accessible and citizen-friendly information, a bond of trust is created between society and the institutions; the interaction between the different users of the information and the generating entity complements transparency, improves information and strengthens an open government.
How will the commitment contribute to solving the public problem described above?
This mechanism strengthens awareness of the right of access to public information, with institutions committed to transparency, responding to social needs, reconstructing the issuance of information through digital technological tools.
