Kate Barth is a legal advisor with the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL), an organization that works to improve the legal environment for civil society, philanthropy and public participation around the world. At ICNL, Kate manages several of the organization’s multi-regional programs to improve the law governing civil society and leads work on the protection of civic freedoms for migrant and refugee populations.
