Tinatin oversees the Independent Reporting Mechanism, data analysis and learning functions. Her team is responsible for assessing performance of 76 national and 100+ local members, managing OGP’s data resources and implementing the partnership’s learning agenda. Before assuming this role, Tinatin was leading the IRM team.

Prior to joining OGP in 2015, Tinatin was with the Transparency International Secretariat where she worked on political corruption research and advocacy and managed a regional EU funded initiative on public sector integrity in South East Europe. In her home country Georgia, she worked at the National Democratic Institute on issues of voter education and institutional strengthening and was a leading expert for UNDP’s electoral assistance project providing support to the Central Election Commission. Tinatin received her BA in Public Administration at the Georgian Technical University and holds the Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin.
