Past Members of OGP Local

The OGP Local program is a dynamic global community of local governments working to advance transparency, accountability, and public participation. Active participation in the program is grounded in the ongoing co-creation and implementation of open government commitments. Over time, some jurisdictions shift institutional priorities or adjust their level of engagement, ultimately leading to withdrawal from the program. This is a natural part of an initiative built on active commitment, co-creation, and implementation capacity, with membership remaining relevant when the context, priorities, and capacities align.
