This report was prepared by the IRM staff under the supervision of the IEP.

“Kenya has made commitments in critical areas of governance. However, implementation remains limited due to financial and capacity constraints. Moving forward, the next action plan should focus on defining steps and goals for each commitmentOGP commitments are promises for reform co-created by governments and civil society and submitted as part of an action plan.
