Catalonia joined OGP as part of the 2020 cohort. They are currently implementing four commitments from their 2026-2028 action plan.

This action plan features commitments related to the effectiveness of public participation, citizens’ access to public information, the promotion of data reuse, and the empowerment of ethics committees.
