Description
Problema: Las averías y fugas de agua son uno de los principales causales de las deficiencias en la distribución del preciado líquido. Además, no existe una herramienta móvil, que permita reportar estos casos que se ven a diario en las calles de la ciudad. Facilitar a los ciudadanos a través de una aplicación móvil, reportar averías de tuberías y desperdicios de agua en su sector o localidad. Con miras de mejorar la comunicación de los ciudadanos con la administración, se dispone crear una aplicación móvil que permita al ciudadano brindar apoyo y resolver los casos de fuga de agua, entre otros, a través de un call center en las instalaciones de esa institución en la ciudad de Santo Domingo, pero a través de esta herramienta buscamos que los ciudadanos puedan pasar sus reportes de averías hasta la Corporación del Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Santo Domingo (CAASD), sin tener la necesidad de hacer una llamada telefónica con miras a formalizar un reporte.
