Description
Measure aimed to ensure better market conditions for competition while promoting a reduction of public spending. Draft legislation provides for mandatory implementation of anti-corruption plans by all administrations, with the coordination of the Department for Public Administration, the designation of a person in charge of corruption prevention, the enhancement of a widespread network on the territory (namely Prefects) as a tool to support and provide information to local authorities and acting as an intermediary between the latter and the National Anti-corruption Authority.
